Our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material and fuel prices can fluctuate, so we honor the quoted price within that window. If your project timeline extends beyond 30 days, we'll re-confirm pricing with you before scheduling.

If we encounter a surprise - unexpected bedrock, a buried tank, or saturated soil - we stop, document it, and contact you immediately with options and updated cost implications before proceeding.
