Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Addison Excavations handles estimate requests, website attribution, call tracking, and related tools used to operate the site.

Information We Collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email address, job location, service need, budget range, project notes, preferred contact method, and how you say you first heard about us.

Website Attribution

To understand which marketing efforts generate inquiries, the site may record first-party attribution evidence such as the landing page, referring hostname, approved campaign parameters, and the presence of advertising click markers. Raw click IDs and arbitrary URL parameters are not kept in the lead attribution payload.

Calls And Messages

Phone links on the website may be measured as click events. If call tracking is enabled, displayed phone numbers may be replaced with tracking numbers and call metadata may be processed, including caller number when available, tracking number, call time, status, duration, and source. This site code does not require call recordings or transcriptions.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry details to respond to requests, schedule calls or site visits, prepare estimates, prevent spam, maintain business records, and understand which channels are creating new opportunities.

Service Providers

The website uses service providers for hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, spam protection, and call attribution. These may include Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google email services, and WhatConverts when call tracking is activated.

Your Choices

You can contact Addison Excavations to ask about information connected to your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion where business recordkeeping requirements allow it. You can also avoid sending details that are not needed for the estimate request.
